     Based on analysis of China State Governance practice, the project aims at constructing theoretical connotation and theoretical system for modernization of state governance, clarifying strategic objectives, stages, tasks and paths of modernization of state governance, identifying practical issues in China’s state governance, and putting forward countermeasures from strategic level.
