On December 23, a research opening report on "State Governance Theory Research" undertaken by PKU Institute of State Governance Studies, which is the key research center of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education, was held at Peking University.

　　Prof. Shi Hexing, chief expert, researcher of the Institute of State Governance Studies, and professor of Chinese Academy of Governance, Associate Prof. Duan Demin, sub-project leader, associate researcher of the Institute and associate professor from School of Government, Prof. Chu Songyan, guest expert and professor of Chinese Academy of Governance, and other members of the project including Associate Professor Deng Mingfen, Dr. Liu Jiuyong, Dr. Li Feng and Liang Yu were also present.
