On March 29, Ruth Dixon, research fellow of the University of Oxford's Bravanica School of Government and Prof. Jonathan Jones of the University of Oxford's Quantum Computing Center, gave a lecture entitled "Quantum Information Technology and Its E-Commerce, E-government”.

　　The lecture was chaired by Associate Professor Tian Kai of PKU School of Government Management. Prof. Tian Kai first briefly introduced the background of the two speakers and then extended a warm welcome on behalf of the organizer.
