The conference on "Completely Transforming Government Functions and Governance Innovation" was successfully held On December 7 at Sichuan University. It was co-organized by Institute of State Governance Studies and Sichuan University First-class Discipline Construction Platform for Public Management "Management Science and State Governance". More than 20 well-known experts and scholars from universities and journals attended the conference and shared opinions on functions transformation of government. Over 200 teachers and students of Sichuan University attended the conference.

　　On the conference, attendants exchange ideas on how to further deepen reforms, transform government functions, and promote governance innovation. The achievements will promote the construction and development of the disciplinary system, theoretical system, and discourse system of state governance with Chinese characteristics.
