The Institute of State Governance Studies, Peking University has received recently several inquiries verifying the authenticity about a project called “China Long’ai Quantum Fund Share-consumption and Digital Asset Fund (Long’ai Fund)”. Regarding this issue, the Institute hereby declare solemnly:

    The Institute of State Governance Studies, Peking University has never launched the project called “China Long’ai Quantum Fund Share-consumption and Digital Asset Fund (Long’ai Fund)”, and the so-called saying of “twenty experts solved problems and made achievements” is out of the question.

    The Institute reserves the right to investigate the legal liability of the individuals and organizations that obstruct our normal proceeding out of malice in the name of the Institute of State Governance Studies, Peking University.
