On May 28th, Beijing's 15th Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award was announced. The Research on Development of Governmental Procurement of Public Service from Social Forces: Base on China and UK Experience by Professor Wang Puqu and A Research on the Construction of Community Public Service in Beijing by Professor Huang Hengxue both won the first prize.
