王浦劬教授英文作品 Principle of Interest Politics: Logic of Political Life from China's Perspective （《利益政治学原理》） 近日由斯普林格出版社（Springer-Verlag）和北京大学出版社联合出版发行。该书为北京大学国家治理研究院英文版“利益政治学系列”丛书（Interests Politics Series）研究成果首发。

　　利益是社会公共生活形成和发展的主体基础和本质要素。“利益政治学系列”丛书基于中国视角，以社会利益政治为研究对象，从理论与实践、历史与现实、规范与实证的结合上，推出系列研究成果，展示中国政治学者在利益政治研究方面的原创性成就。

　　本书运用利益分析方法，对于社会利益的两重性展开深入分析，构建了分析政治现象深层利益关系的模型，据此揭示了政治权力和政治权利关系的本质和特性。尔后，按照政治权力和政治权利两条逻辑主线，分别从政治行为、政治体系、政治文化等方面展开了阐述。最后，按照社会利益关系的变化和发展引起的政治权力与政治权利的相互作用，分析了社会政治发展现象。因此，该书以社会利益作为逻辑起点，构建了逻辑严密完整的原创性利益政治学理论体系，从而为利益政治学的拓展研究奠定了基本范式和理论基础。

　　The book aims to build a political theory of interest politics by adopting an interest-analyzing approach of Marxism to explore the dual characteristics of social interests. Based on the logical start-point, the book unveils the foundations, nature, and characteristics of social-political life such as political power and political right. Then, a systematic research is conducted from perspectives of political behavior, political system, and political culture, following the two logical thread lines as political power and right. Finally, the book sees the analysis of social and political development in accordance with the inter-function of political power and political rights caused by the changes and development of social interests.

　　王浦劬，北京大学博雅特聘教授，北京大学政府管理学院教授、博士生导师，北京大学国家治理研究院院长（教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地主任），北京大学《国家现代化建设研究》杂志主编。兼任国务院学位委员会政治学科评议组召集人，教育部高等学校政治学专业教学指导委员会主任。荣膺“国家万人计划哲学社会科学第一批领军人才”“教育部长江学者特聘教授”等学术称号，并获得“复旦管理学杰出贡献奖”“全国教材建设先进个人奖”等学术荣誉。

　　主要研究领域为政治学理论与方法、当代中国政治与治理。主持多项国家社会科学基金重大项目、教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目的研究。撰写或编著出版学术著作和教材等20余部，要者如《政治学基础》《政府向社会组织购买公共服务研究：中国与全球经验分析》《国家治理现代化：理论与策论》等。主译出版《政治生活的系统分析》《政治结构分析》《牛津政治行为研究手册》等10余部学术著作。在《中国社会科学》《北京大学学报（哲学社会科学版）》《政治学研究》《中国行政管理》、Research Policy Asian Politics and Policy等中外期刊发表学术论文百十余篇。
